What To Wear

We recommend shorts/hot pants and a workout top or t-shirt. In terms of footwear, you can wear a flexible running shoe, socks, or barefeet. Heels are welcome too! Remember not to wear any body lotion on your hands or legs in order to maximise your grip on the pole!
