Clothing
Dress for action and make sure you have shoes with plenty of grip, trainers are ideal. You'll need to put waterproofs and life jackets over your clothes so make sure you're warm and well covered but not too bulky. We recommend you also take a change of clothes and a towel, particularly if you are planning to go out after.
