Important Information
Sessions will last for 1 hour for up to 20 guests, increasing to 90 minutes for groups of 21+.
Please note that a maximum of 10 sumo suits will be brought to all sessions, even if your group size is over 10 people.
Sessions generally take place on outdoor 3G pitches, as this is a much safer surface than sports hall floors. The majority of 3G pitches are not covered, therefore please expect your activity to take place on an outdoor pitch regardless of the season/weather.

What Included

What To Wear
Dress for action. We recommend sports wear and trainers. This is a very physical activity, so you may wish to bring along a small towel and you will need plenty of bottled water.
