Sessions will last for 1 hour for up to 15 guests, increasing to 90 minutes for groups of 16+.

What To Wear
Dress for action! We recommend sportswear with trainers. This is a very physical activity, so don't forget to bring plenty of bottled water.

Maximum weight for this activity is 22 stone.

All participants must sign a disclaimer before the session starts. No-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed to take part in Bubble Football as indeed is any person generally feeling unwell.
