Sessions generally take place on outdoor pitches, as this is a much safer playing surface than sports hall floors. The majority of pitches are not covered, therefore please expect your activity to take place on an outdoor pitch regardless of the season/weather.

What To Wear
Dress for action! We recommend sportswear and trainers, but this is a stag do after all, so why not divide your group into teams and come in fancy dress, or team colours to make the day extra special?! This is a very physical activity, so you may wish to bring along a small towel and you will need plenty of bottled water.
Restrictions
The weight limit for this activity is 22 stone and the height limit is 6'7.
Health And Safety
All participants must sign a disclaimer before the session starts. No-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed to take part in this activity, as indeed is any person generally feeling unwell.
