What To Wear

Dress for action. We recommend sportswear and trainers, but you could go all-out with your own football strip! This is a very physical activity, so you may wish to bring along a small towel and you will need plenty of bottled water.

Health And Safety

Please do not take part if you have a history of back or neck problems or are generally feeling unwell.

Please note that you must be sober to participate in this activity. Anyone considered to be intoxicated will be refused to take part and no refund will be offered.
