What To Wear
Dress for action. We recommend sports wear and trainers, but you could go all-out with your own football strip or even fancy dress! This is a very physical activity, so you may wish to bring along a small towel and you will need plenty of bottled water. Sports footwear is advised. (No studs or moulded boots).
