What To Wear

Dress for action! All guests must wear sportswear and trainers, but this is a hen do after all, so why not divide your group into teams and come in fancy dress, or team colours to make the day extra special?!

All participants must sign a disclaimer before the session starts. No-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed to take part in this activity, as indeed is any person generally feeling unwell.

No-one should be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
