Important Information
Please ensure that you have read through the attached Rules and Regulations, as well as the River Ely Water Quality Information. Please also pass on the Medical Consent Form to the rest of the group to complete prior to your session. (attached in itinerary)

- Groups without multiples of 6 may share rafts with other parties
What To Wear
All necessary equipment will be provided (including wetsuits, wetsuit boots, buoyancy aids and helmets). You will need to bring something to wear underneath the wetsuits (i.e swimwear) and a towel for after the activity. In colder weather you may wish to bring an additional non-cotton layer to wear underneath your wetsuit e.g. a thin fleece or a rash vest.
