What To Wear
Because of the rugged terrain, please wear running shoes, trainers, aqua shoes or hard soled wet boots to walk in the sea. You will need to arrive in swim based shorts and t-shirt (non-cotton, base layers are good) to wear under a wet-suit, and old shorts to wear over the wet-suit. No jewellery permitted (including rings, watches, chains etc.). Please bring sun-cream, a towel, change of footwear and clothing for after the activities.
Health And Safety
Please inform your Event Manager if any of your group suffer from a medical condition which we should be aware of. Please note that each member of the party will be required to fill out a copy of the attached medical form and bring this with them on the day.
