Changing Facilities
All members of the group are to change in the changing area provided, or using changing robes. Please note that acts of nudity will be classed as cases of indecent exposure.
Clothing
Please wear boots or sturdy trainers or fitted wellingtons to walk in the rivers, swimwear(under the wetsuit), shorts for over the wetsuits and Non-Cotton base layers, which you will wear under their wetsuit, a large towel to change under and change of footwear and clothing for after the activity.
Parking Facilities
the Coasteering car park is either on Caswell Bay in Swansea or 500 meters past Franklins Cafe in Ogmore By Sea

What To Wear
All of the safety equipment required for Coasteering, including wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets. All you need to bring is something to wear under your wetsuit shorts, swimming costume, base layer/lycra top, etc a towel and a good, sturdy pair of lace up trainers or shoes, and the right attitude.
