Sessions will last for 1 hour for up to 20 guests, increasing to 90 minutes for groups of 20+.

- All necessary equipment, including bibs, headbands, dodgeballs and dodgeball mat
What To Wear
Dress for action! We recommend sportswear and trainers. Bibs and headbands will be provided for you. This is a pretty physical activity, so you may wish to bring along a small towel and you will need plenty of bottled water.

Dodgeball is not suitable for people who are, or think they may be, pregnant.
