From Manhattans to Mojitos, Old Fashioneds to Daiquiris, you'll learn the divine art of Cocktail Mixing under the tutelage of your very own expert mixologist. On arrival, you'll watch the artist work their magic and create some delicious drinks which you'll then have a go at yourselves.
As you mix, blend, infuse and shake, make sure you taste as you go, purely for ‘quality control' purposes only *Cough*. Well, to be fair, you've always got to test things as you go, haven't you? Imagine if they didn't test aeroplanes or knicker elastic, the world would be utter chaos! So it is your duty to taste your creations, otherwise who knows what may happen.
Once you've finished your delicious concoctions, your expert will go around trying them to see who's the master mixologist, who's made the best-looking beverage and who has made a right dog's dinner of it.
